Owners were friendly and helpful. Great location near tourist spots. Room size and bed were good. Breakfast was enjoyable.

The location was perfect, with most tourist attractions within walking distance and a free city bus stop nearby. The owner and his family were friendly and helpful, providing great tips on places to visit. The breakfast was delicious and the charm of the rooms made my stay more fun. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfort, and convenient location.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. the location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the historic center, on a pedestrian street. It's a beautiful old building, a genuine palace actually, and the rooms are wonderfully decorated in different styles. I was lucky to have a room with a balcony facing the street, and the view was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The breakfast was a highlight, with homemade croissants and a fantastic view of the city.

All was just perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Don't miss the Cathedral at Monreale and Catacombe dei Cappuccini. Gracious and helpful staff. Plentiful and varied breakfast.

We loved the fact that this hotel was basically right in the old city center. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the major attractions and explore this beautiful city on foot. The hotel facilities were great. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff at this hotel were amazing. From the moment we arrived, they were great too make sure we had a great experience. They were friendly, helpful, and always available to assist us with any questions or needs we had. The breakfast provided by the hotel was superb. It was delicious, varied, and had a wide range of options to choose from. It was the perfect start to our day of exploring.

This budget B&B is located conveniently close to all the major tourist attractions, as well as the train and bus station. The rooms are nice and clean, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. The staff offers amazing hospitality, providing helpful recommendations and assistance. The breakfast is simple but satisfying, offering enough variety to choose from. the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, making it comfortable to relax after a long day of exploring.

The exterior of the building may appear run-down, but the interior is a pleasant surprise.
